I you are referring to the drain on your fresh water tank, I experienced plastic shavings from the manufacturer's installation of the tank that clogged the drain valve. Evidently they drill holes in the plastic tank and shavings get inside.
Stick a wire into the drain hose to clear the clog. And check your water pump pre-filter. I found plastic shavings in the filter.
