My main slide is about 1/2 tooth off which makes one side of the slide push hard on the wall till the otherside comes in contact. All the set screws on the activation shaft are in the slot. I dont expect a dealer would be very helpful for a do-it-yourselfer. Any knowledge or ideas?

George, I would level the coach than run the slide in and out a few times and see if it will correct itself. If it seats against the inside wall all around and recess's into the outside wall you should be ok. Also when its in check your rollers under slide, you have to get on the floor, and make sure they look ok no split or loose ends nuts tightend.
You have a control unit under your sink or in a closet there is a adjustment screw on it do not turn more than a hair either way very small adjustments if slide is not seating correctly.
You should be still under warranty you need a good Dealer.

How about some KARMA to go along with your new 5th.

Thanks for the help. I was asking about mechanical adjust, I should have been more clear. Remember I have Cypress. NO automatic slideout controlers here. Only a in/out switch. As long as I hold down the switch the motor will run.

Check the threaded rods that are near the square D guides under slide and make sure stop nuts didn't loosen up. You may find some at both ends of rods. Measure distance from stops of both sides and see if they match.
