Maytag Refrigerator Problems

I have a 2015 Dutchstar with a Maytag residential refrigerator. This past weekend it quit cooling. Probably the compressor. I have no idea how to pull the refrigerator out of it cabinet area. Does anyone have experience with this?

It could be a lot of things, the thermostat for one. Give Newmar customer service a call and get some recommendations from them, it should have lasted longer than that, they may have some assistance that only they know. Otherwise, I don't know, unless it's through the front windshield being removed and it taken out that way, Suspect some bolts hold it in from compartment below, others might have that info.

Don't know about "bolts down below" but Newmar will have a procedure they can email you for pulling it. It will most certainly will involve removal of the upper fascia/wood trim.

Being is a 2015, condenser coils probably need cleaning. See if you can take off the front kickplate and see it it dirty. May be able to vacuum it or blow out with air.

Dom, excellent point, and it's something we do every 6 months or so, but forgot to mention that. Dust, drat that stuff.
