Using the make and model number of the microwave do a web search, (aka: Google), "xxx brand. model xxx microwave parts".

Hi roadtramp1,
I think this unit is over 10 years old. Consider going to We have a 13 year old model NN-6505 over-the-range - Fixya for someone with the same problem and suggestions from technical folks.

If it was me, I'd replace the entire unit.
