They NEVER wax a roof but will apply a UV protectant for an extra fee.

Where in SW Florida are you, and would you mind sharing the company's name? A PM would be fine. Thanks! - Paul

FLJOE … just curious, is it ok to wax the roof if you wanted to? I am picking up our new coach in about ten (10) days and was thinking about applying a good coat of wax to the roof while it is still clean to help keep it that way?

I have used the following Detailers when in Florida:
Marathon to Key West - "Auto & Boat Detailing", Leo @ 305-395-0399 3 guys 4 hours, removed
oxidization and waxed, very good
Daytona to Orlando - "Top of The Line Detailing", Steven Lang @ 407-704-9893
3 guys 3 hours, overall the best
Fort Myers & Cape Coral - "Detail Express" - 1 guy 3 hours, overall was not pleased
We watched the in-house company at Lazy Days in Tampa do the coach next to us (wash only) and they did a very thorough job including an undercarriage spray and roof wash.
All detailers arrived with their own treated water in a tank.
From what we have experienced, these companies take the detailing profession seriously.
There is no way I would have done anywhere near as good on my own, or been prepared to spend 12+ man hours, as they did on it.

Looked as if they are in central Florida. Do you know how far they travel?

Ice3,
Yes, this is the guy.
I used Steven 3 years ago during Bike Week in Daytona. He said he had been in the business for 10 years, and just started up his own company.
Must admit, he did a great job, and if I were back in the area would contact him again.

Wow, those prices are great. $20+ per foot in the Bay Area (Dublin, CA).
I use Blue Beacon when on the road but at home it is just me and wax on, wax off.

Gary's Wash and Wax in Camp Verde AZ does a nice job and only charges $185 for any size motorhome. I know they come to Sedona, but I am not sure how far they will go. Have used them three times now.

Just ask when you check in. Many RV parks will be able to assist you & the really high end places will likely have the contact info right in the park map you get a check in.

That's definitely the highest I've heard.
We thought about Blue Beacon but have heard things that made us steer away. Sounds as if you have have good luck with them.
