Angry Monitors Gone Wonky

Today I was getting ready to hit the road and started putting fresh water in the tank for traveling. I usually carry 1/4 tank or so.
Anyway, I went inside to check the level and it's reading Full. I had drained it completely.

Every monitor is reading Full, including Battery, Propane. I know the tanks are all less than 1/4.

Any ideas?

Wonder if it would do any good to "reboot it" unplug from the back of the panel, if accessable and plug back in..
