More Slide Problems

When I bring in the large slide it is about 3" above the floor. I know it is a little higher than the floor normally but this is much higher than it ever was. Seems like one side is higher than the other also.
I can look under it & see the rollers with easy.
when going out before it drops down I can see outside. all this started when the slide out lock was not released.
thanks I need to get this back in place.
Floyd

I had a similar issue once when the topper awing did not roll up properly, which caused my slide to tilt enough that the rollers were off the floor, which raised the slide. Are your rollers off the floor?

Hi Floyd2u,
Consider contacting Newmar Customer Service. Take pictures and send them. I'm assuming when closed the slide reveals are good and the slide is fully into the coach. From the outside (top, bottom, both sides). If not post again here.

A slide lock will cause the slide to put pressure on the rollers not what you have.
