Movable vents in the a/c returns.
I have done this many times before. Removed the small circular part and washed the sponges that are in the air returns on the ceiling. This time one of the two feet that hold it in came off. anyone know where to purchase just the movable vent part and not the whole nine yards?
Thanks

I would call Newmar. They sell the filters, they probably sell the vent covers also.

Pretty sure you can find those at ebay or camping world. The link below is from ebay. Newmar has them but items like this are sometimes higher priced at Newmar.

I have purchased from Newmar several times, usually at the international rally. An extra or two are a good idea as they are stressed each time you remove them to wash the filters. Jim

I would purchase a couple extra vent covers and an extra set of filters so when you change filters you can clean the old ones and put the replacement one right in while the others are being cleaned.

a/c interior filters and returns
I have extra filters, just need the center movable part. Need to know if anyone knows where to buy just that part and not the whole thing. Thanks

Guess we were lucky! In the 15 years we owned the '00 and '02 DSDP we never broke one of them. You can probably find them from other sources than Newmar.

I'm not familiar with the Newmar vents, but I get vents for my Tiffin from Venting Products / AC Vents - DW Inc.

fiddlesticks, call Newmar parts. The movable part ( the louvered grate just below the filter on the return side) IS available and has a part number assigned to it. Other than freight, I considered them to reasonably priced. The only difference you will notice is that with time the plastic yellows. So I move the yellow ones to the back bedroom and replace all the front with shiny new ones, keeping old ones as spares. Jim

I may be wrong but I think shipping is free from Newmar parts.

You can buy them from Independence RV in Florida. They sell on Amazon and Ebay.

How do you remove that part 06 Ventana 3330. Tried just pulling on it and it didn't want to come off. Afraid of breaking it. Please tell me how. Thanks.
