1) If they didn't get as good a deal as others then possibly embarrassed. Sharing here can sometimes open you up to a judgmental person-it just takes one. I saw a thread of someone sharing their blowout experience & he got chastised for being a bad driver by a particularly egotistical member.
2) If they got a better deal & they like the dealer they may be concerned of exposing information that hurts him/her.
