My electric night shade keeps stopping

After finally fixing the problems I've had with my Automotion shades, (they replaced all of them), I'm having troubles with my dining room shades in my 2014 King Aire. When I press the down button, it starts to move, then stops. I have to hit the button again to stop it and reverse it, then try again until it finally moves enough.

Could this be a programming issue? How do I reset it?

I had a similar issue on my front visor on my Ventana LE. The tech adjusted it so it went to one height while ignition was on and all the way down when the ignition was off. It may be a similar issue.

I did not see how he did the adjustment though.

MCD has some great tech support and can walk you through making adjustments if you give them a call.
