I purchased a New Aire in 2019 and the Never Set up myrozie in my Coach. I am now finally getting around to setting this up.

I have a coach ID and password but it does not work. I tried to send for a password reset and it says my email is not registered.

Anyone familiar with registering Rozie?

I had to call Silverleaf because the log-on name contained the coach numbers but also some random letters.

Mine is on a yellow sheet that and in the bag of books with the manuals that came with tge coach. It has a white blank strip taped at tge top covering the factory I’d and password for your coach.
