Myrozie working on Computer but not iPad or iPhone

I had finally got Myrozie working with all my alerts where I wanted them, and both myself and wife were happy with seeing coach status with Iphones when remote.

The past few days we have had "No Data" on the status page. I initially thought the WiFi Ranger was not connected to a network, but discovered today all is well onsite.

I just discovered I receive all data as expected on my home computer, but continue to see "No Data" on Iphone and Ipad.

Any advice or similar situations?

I seem to have the same problem on both my Android phone and iPad, but if I close it down and wait about 30 seconds, then log back the info is there.

Solution!

After working with Silverleaf on the issue, where all data was visible on my computer, their computer, their mobile devices, it all pointed to my mobile devices blocking data.

Ahhhhh: I disconnected my VPN and wala, Data is visible on my devices.

I completely forgot about that, I had that same problem about 3 years ago. Also another issue, Rozie uses old FTP (File Tranafer Protocol). I was using T-mobile in my coach wifi and T-mobile would block FTP as spam so I had to switch to Verizon.
