NAV cannot find GPS signal

2022 DS 4081 everything was working fine. All of the sudden and for no apparent reason both screens went blank and then came back on however NAV system now cannot find the GPS. I pulled over and reset both house and chassis batteries. This semi fixed the problem for a little while, Nav would have signal and lose it. It finally went back to unable to locate GPS signal. Any suggestions?

I had that happen to me after I retrieved my coach from windshield replacement. The XM radio antenna also was out. It turned out that the top of the garage door pushed the antennas backwards as the coach was being pulled into the bay. I did get intermittent GPS connection usually in the rain!!. I had both antennas replaced and now everything was fine.

Check all the connections on the rear of the radio. Turn off the battery disconnect at the entry and your breakers on the chassis batteries. What 30 seconds and then turn it all back on. See if the reset gets it all working again. Contact NIRVC or your newmar dealer for warranty repairs.

Folks ... when this happened is this the message you were getting? About every 3rd time this comes up when I turn it on at the beginning of the day and I turn it off and on again and it usually goes away. I will check my connections since that may be the issue.
