Need help with slideout

Newmar dutchstar 2003, model 4005 - front slide does not come out, no voice, no movement. Back slide works fine. Is there a separate fuse for the front slide or is there only one fuse for both? Any ideas?

TIA, Hatris

Welcome to the Newmar forum hatris.
Each slide control has its own fuse located on your 12V fuse panel.
The control maybe under your kitchen cabinets or in a hutch near bathroom wall.
Some controls you may find on outside in compartment drivers side, your fuse panel maybe near your load center or in outside compartment under driver.

This is mine mounted under KC on outside wall.
You may want to check the two plugs into control that should snap in their slots.
This PDF is how your slides work.
If you have checked everything let us know how your making out if more help needed.
In the Quick Tips & Mod LINK below there is more info on control and slides.

Solution to the slideout problem

I want to thank you all for your rapid response to our problem. You have provided us with a wealth of info that we will save for future problem troubleshooting.

It turned out that there is only one fuse for both slides. We confirmed power was getting to the controller by pulling off the connector and testing the voltage. We then removed the slideout switch in the front cabinet and the ground wire was missing! Cheap fix.
It had been a rough trip through Essex Junction, VT, NH, Maine, and Ma. We lost one hub cab, broke a bottle in the frig and shook a slideout switch wire off!

Thanks again for your help!

If you are having that hard a ride maybe you should get your coach weight at a truck stop on Cat Scale and using the tire manufacture tires spec's to soften up your tires for a more pleasant ride.
