Need Need more help with Dometic 5 button thermostat

With your help I solved my initial porblem of no power to the thermostat. Now the thermo will come on and then the board will go blank. I did the reset and when I released the buttons I had an EE code, is a new thermostat in my future or do I need to look at the control board on the a/c again.

Thanks

Sonny

I'm not sure because I haven't looked for it yet but the control board in 2nd rear AC maybe able to be swapped with the front one to see if thermostat and front AC will work correctly together.
Did you call in other post you started, the link provided to get your thermostat repaired he may have suggestions also.

If you email the person we gave you a link to, he can probably tell you exactly what to do and where the problem lies. He was very helpful to me.

Romeo, thanks for the suggestion, I went to the local RV service center and talked to a tech about my situation, he suggested replacing the thermostat, I did that and still have the problem. This looks like the first thing I haven't been able to handle by myself, I'm going to go check all the connections on the control board(s) tomorrow (I might even scream a few obsenities at it) and if that doesn't solve my problem I'm going to throw in the towel and call an expert to repair my problem. Since I have a new thermostat about the only thing left is the control board and at this point I don't have the patience to swap the control board as 007 suggested.
