Need some advice

Morning to everyone.
We have sold our fifth and the truck.

Upgrading to a class A. Looking at a 2007 Dutch Star 4023.

70k miles in good shape.
Has the usual DSDP features. 400 Cummins engine and the usual Allison transmission. Spartan Chassis.

It is a tad over priced but there is room for negotiation.

We are new to the class A coaches so what should I be looking for? What are the things that usually the problematic parts of the coach.

Iím aware of the windshield frame issue and I realize that things break. Like the water heater, furnace, toilet etc which are common to all makes.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks in advance.

In the files drop box , you can find a " Buyers Check List " pdf that you can print out as a reference .

For an east coast unit , rust inspection is paramount .

Thanks Skip,
I forgot to mention this one is in Alberta and spent most winters in the south. Aside from the battery area there is almost no rust at all.

Check list is a great idea. Appreciate that.

Jeff

I forgot to mention ; maintenance records , and tire age check .
A 2007 coach , could need it's second set of tires replaced by age.
