New Aire Flexsteel Passenger Seat not working

Probably turned the seat one to many times in the wrong direction. Looking for a loose or separated connector but can’t seem to find it. Has anyone had a similar problem and do they remember the color of the wire or something that will help me find the connector.

Are you referring to the seat swivel release mechanism? I had trouble with mine and removed the black assembly on the front of the seat to see if there was something loose...nothing that was obvious so I put it back. It does not release like the drivers seat but usually works. It is on my list of things to get fixed.

what is not working ? the power seat functions ? the footrest ? nothing ?

did you check fuses ?

a buddy with a 2016 ventana had a wire nut come undone, and that caused the footrest to go dead....

also i believe there is an ignition lock on it....if the footrest is deployed you can't start the coach....

Should have been more specific. The power seat operating the passenger side quit. We turn the seat and it’s more than possible to disconnect the motor that operates the seat. Can’t find the connector?

Somehow the fuse holder got crushed on our flexsteel. It was not readily apparent but came apart when checking the fuse. Replaced the holder, rerouted the wire and all is well.

On our Bay Star, the driver's seat wires got crushed and then rubbed on one of the worm screws. The front/back function is dead. Just needs the wires repaired and then secured out of the way. Not sure if its a Newmar issue or a Flexsteel issue but we've got an appointment to get it fixed under warranty in a few days.

For the record, my swivel latch stopped working. The end of the cable popped out of the latch (under the seat, not on the side). Took me a few minutes to figure our what sort of black magic it takes to get the cable end back in place but once I did, it functions great and we haven't had any more issues.
