New Aire - Highest and lowest MSRP ?

What's the highest and lowest MSRP anyone has seen on a New Aire? I saw an ad for one on the high end at North Trail for $488,591 !

If you go to Newmar's web site and build a coach, you can see the ranges.

I believe Newmar, along several other RV manufacturers, only allow their dealers to advertise the MSRP. That's why you often see "contact us for our price" advertised. As a general rule you should get 25-30% off that price. I would contact NIRVC first.
