Get as many photos and info about it from who ever has it. Ask a ton of questions. BTW, I have a 9-page PDI check list you may want to look at that may help you formulate the questions you need to ask. Email me at dana@tiffinrvnetwork.com and I'll send you a copy or visit my webpage here.

If your MSRP is correct it woorks out to about 32% discount. There is nothing wrong with that price. I would consider it a pretty good deal.

Very nice will you get a look before you put down cash, the coach should give you everything you would want plus you should have a 1 year warranty. A trip thru IN. Newmar repair center, if dealer can't handle it, could correct anything you may find wrong with coach. Each coach has a build number by Newmar that would give you options and any other info on the coach. Good luck with your find. "007"

You have the new roof Brite-tek, if you go to Newmarcorp.com you can get all options that you may have and whats standard pics of interior and floor plans, you have a good coach I have had three of them. "007"

A bit confusing on the 5 year 50,000 mile service contract. Make sure it has the Newmar,Allison and Chassis original warranty also. A few years ago Newmar had a fire and salvaged out a dozen or more units. Dealers bought them and sold them without any warranty.
You had to pay cash for them since the banks wouldn't finance them.
The 2006 you are interested in was built way after that time frame, but I would check to make sure it wasn't some type of similar scenario.
If everything checks out okay it sounds like a real good deal.

I took the time to call Newmar customer service and I gave them the VIn # and was told it was sold to R & S in Ill a dealer without Newmar warranty, I asked why such a thing could happen and was told that this dealer buys a large quantity of units from them at a special price, thus no factory warranty.. so I said to him that I should consider it like a used unit and he said yes.. a little strange to me.. It would have a GE extended warranty on it.. I guess that is why the price is good.. Feed back on seller is very good on E-bay..just doesn't list any big tickets items like a motorhome which I asked him about and he said most transactions take place off of ebay and that is why it does not show.. anyone have experience with GE extended warranty..

Just got off the phone with seller, ?? I asked has it ever been damaged, does Spartan still warranty chassis. was told no damage ever, and yes spartan would warranty chassis.. of couse I would verify all of this before putting out a nickel.. just seems really strange that Newmar would sell brand new coaches with out any damage to a dealer since he buys in volume with no Newmar warranty.. Newmar service rep knew who seller was and told me since he buys in volume that is why they do it this way.. I think maybe I should do the same thing.. LOL

Maybe someone else will have a answer because its an 06 its to late for that fire, some times people order a coach and can't come up with financeing and pull out of deal even after putting down a deposit Newmar doesn't want to be stuck with it so sell off this way.
No warranty on coach I guess you will be asking alot of questions , Newmar did have during winter months repairs, hr rate, with 15% off Jan-March. All appliences should have a warranty. If they are in black case fill them out if not get serial #'s and call MFG's. Some have 2to 3 year warranty. "007"
