NewAire sofa comfort?

Our 18 NA 3343 had the recliners. Putting together a build for a 21 NA 3543 and wife wants to go with the sofa. The only option from Newmar is the hide a bed sofa. (Although we don't care about having the bed)
My question for those who have the sofa is whether the hide a bed framework compromises the comfort of the sofa.

it’s usually other way around. I sat on several 2020 NA sofas while shopping around and they were all perfectly comfortable with no detectable frame sensation trough the cushions.

The sofa on our 2020 NA 3543 is very comfortable. You can’t tell it is a hide-a-bed by sitting on it.

Our 2020 3341 has a very comfortable sofa. My wife still prefers to swivel around the passenger captain chair if she is going to be inside for a longer time, but short stays (a couple of hours) are fine.
The dog (lab) sleeps on it all night if that is a good enough recommendation. On rainy days I share the sofa with the dog while DW is in her chair.

If we were to do it again, we might consider the theater seating option, though.

Hope this helps,
Bob
