Newbee question

I own a 2014 Ventana 3436 and will be doing my first long distance trip. I have good road service but am also a do it yourself person. I am compiling some items to carry "in case of" including tools, extra fuses, cleaning supplies... Some forums I've read have said to include a spare water pump too, what are your suggestions and also any other things I might include? I know this is a loaded question but really value the advice of experienced RV'ers.
Thanks in advance.

I carry extra engine oil, coolant, oil filter, fuel filter and serpentine belt. If I don't use them I rotate them at my next yearly service.

When we were full time before I carried a ton of extra "stuff", like oil, fuel filters, DEF, fan belts, you name it I had it. Then as the years went on I realized I never needed any of it and it was taking up a ton of space. There will always be a Walmart of auto parts store within 50 miles of where you probably are anyway.

I would add at least 2 extra fire extinguishers, either cones, triangles, or flares, and possibly some other emergency equipment. A Trucker's Atlas and a small Pocket Truck Stop Guide (blue book) would also be a good addition (both found at most Loves, Pilots, or Flying Js).

Safe travels.

We made ourself a comprehensive list of what needs to be checked off before we drive our coach anywhere. I laminated it & it stays at the passengers front seat. Accessories we have found useful .. collapsable 6" ladder so I can easily wash the front windshield .. oblong collapsable bucked that fits my pole mounted scrub brush .. are a few items we use daily ..
