Cool Newbie looking for used MH and toad.

I hope it's OK to post here.
I am currently in UK and will return tio the US in January. I am planning to start the full time RV life with a motorhome and toad.
I want a MH up to 32 ft long and have about $25 to spend on the MH and $5k on the toad. (with a few $K left)
My research suggests that Tiffin and Newmar make the better motorhomes, and a Honda CRV is a reasonable toad.
[Mod Edit]
Thanks
Tom

MorningTom,
Welcome to the crazy fun world of RVing.
Lots of help and advice here so dive in and join the fun.
Like you I have been researching the manufacturers and have come to much the same conclusion. Yes there are others higher end units but for me those two make a great unit.

Check out the ads on this forum as well as rvtrader.com.

Good luck and stay safe

Welcome Tom,
You will find a lot of knowledgeable people here that are more than willing to help. Right now the RV market is flying and you may find your dollar figures are a little low. just the tow bar setup could easily cost several thousand assuming that you are coming from the UK and won't be doing the install yourself. Keep an eye on Craigslist, etc in the area where you will be and it will give you an idea of current prices. An older RV in the $25K range can be a good deal but can also easily eat $5-10 in short order. I do think $5K for a decent shape CRV is low.
Good luck in your quest.
