I have notice the 2017 Brochure's are in the process of loading up the 2016's have been moved.

Has anyone seen the new door side fireplace option on DS or higher? I'm looking for a pic of it to see if it has cabinets with it.

I believe it is in the MA video posted on YouTube, Ken explains the space gained by eliminating the televator.

No, that's a different model I'm talking about a 4553 with the door side couch and televator replaced by televator and fireplace.

Wow, 2 full baths in some models! That's a great option for families (or frequent guests).
The 4054 DS sure peaks my interest.

Any of the 4553's (MA, LA, Essex, and KA) have the option of replacing the door side sofa with a fireplace and TV on televator.

Here is a special made up for this person by Newmar with t -elevator lift behind the fireplace in cabinet and https://dutchstar4038.shutterfly.com/pictures/155#158 window added on outside wall between row of cabinets.
Newmar will make changes to satisfy its customers look in the NEWMAR CORP sticky top of forum for people to contact.
