Talking Newmar 2022 Ventana Spec's

I recently ordered a 2022 Newmar 3407 and need some advise. The area I was planning on storing it on our property has a 11 degree slope and I can ONLY back straight onto it. I'm concerned that the rear of the coach could "bottom out" before it levels off. What I'm looking for is the actual experiences others have had with this issue? Also can anyone tell me the exact ground clearance at the rear of the coach and how far the rear axle is for the rear of the coach as well? I really need to be able to use this space and if it going to hit the driveway I'm considering purchasing some long heavy duty ramps so it can clear the issue?

Any and all assitance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all.

The ground clearance at the rear of the coach is about 17" and the rear axle to end of the coach is about 126". The rear overhang on the 3407 is shorter than some but I think you will need ramps or something to reduce the slope. Hope this helps

@GuyV, if you can provide specific dimensions of your drive, I can give you an idea of what may/may not work. I graded my drive carefully to ensure our soon to arrive 3407 would work. I created a simple CAD model to help determine grading.

Send me a PM if you'd like some assistance...
