Newmar 5th wheels

Hey....I was just looking at Newmar's website and 2010 5th wheel floorplans, looks like they are doing away with the Kountry Aire model.

How is business going for them at this day, sure hope they can hang in there. One of our camphost has a Torrey Pine and he let me take a look all I can say I was impressed.

They have cut back on new models for 2010 in most lines. People at the factory have said they are busy and repair center is taking care of other brands for repairs besides their own.

They seem to be concentrating more on the high end Class A's these days. The high end fiver market is a bit weak, i.e. Teton.

I know for a fact they are building at least one new coach this month ----MINE !! LOL !

When I toured factory in June, was told they were down from 12 units/day to 3. Don't know mix of coach vs 5'er but didn't see anything but coaches being built that day.
