Well Paul, does not seem like too many solutions are coming your way on this one. May be because the last post on this dealing with a DSDP apparently did not want to hear from anything but a DSDP.
So..... at the risk of being told I'm hyjacking the post, I will give you some input.

If your coach is wired in this manner it will work.

555 locks all doors. 557 locks all doors and arms system. 559 arms and adds the LED flash on the outside of the coach.

Hi Peter! Thanks for the answer. I did not know about the second two codes. Now for the next big question. How can you disarm the alarm from the keypad????????? Paul

Paul, Happy new year. Entering your entire code should deactivate the code. However, don't try to start the engine until you deactivate the alarm with your key fob.

Hi Peter! Happy New Year! Thanks for the help. The keypad does not activate or deactivate the alarm. I guess it is round 2 with Newmar. I had the alarm installed in my 06 DSDP and they would not hook up the wiring to make the keypad operate it. Now it is the same issue, they charge you more for the option, then putting it on an Essex, yet they will not install all the features? Paul

A few days ago our keypad stopped locking the door, so we have to use the FOB with it's annoying noise. It will unlock the door however.

Any ideas?

If the fob still unlocks/locks the door it is not the normal wiring issue at the door jam. Almost certainly it is the key pad which also is the logic board. A dealer can change it in minutes. It is rivited on. Drill off the two rivits, unplug the board, plug in a new pad, rivit it on and reinstall the rubber boot.

I have the marksman. Where is the LED flash for the arming and 559 code?

Also, when I use the 559 code Peter mentioned, it locks but, I can't tell if it arms the system, i.e. no horn or flashes. How would I tell otherwise?

Is this perhaps related to the fact that my panic button doesn't work or baggage door lock on fob?

Peter, thanks for the info. We'll have the keypad replaced when we're at the factory in April.
