Newmar CS3920 Garage Hacks

Looking at updating / remodeling the garage of the CS3920.

My immediate thoughts are around how to take advantage of the lowering bunk beds to take a desk worksurface and get it positioned at the right height.

I noticed that there are stops I can take out and re-position for the lower bunk, but I have not seen where I might adjust the top bunk. Is it possible to set the top bunk at a different height?

Thanks! The cable / turnbuckle solutions looks VERY good. Will look at it for my Canyon Star! Stay tuned - picking it up this weekend!
