Don’t know about your year or model. Do you have round ac vents in the ceiling? Are there two rows of them? One row will be ac output the other will be the returns. The returns will have a washable filter in them. You may be able to see them. Grab the center of return vent pull straight down. Wash filter under running water let dry replace.

I did some research and found rvair filters and love them. Some of the other brands looked and felt like a brillo pad but plastic. More expensive but great filtering and air flow. Be ready to replace the filter assembly as you will break the vent pieces pulling them out because of age. I couldnt find the vent only piece when i looked. Newmars price is about 1/3 the cost I found anywhere else including integrity. (I have a 2005 Essex, how I know).
