Kev2 ... thanks for your post. We are always glad to see new Newmar owners. If you could be there on the 24th, we are planning to have some Newmar reps there for the day and also our sponsor Midway RV is planning to bring in some coaches for a few days for us to tour. Would be a great opportunity for you to start the looking process!!!

Jerry and Leah --

Congratulations on your new Ventana -- one of our all time favs in the Newmar line up. Sorry we will miss you this year but hope we can do it in the future.

You need to get with JCAT on the west coast -- we were with him when our '15 Dutch Star 4369 was heading down the line in Building 7 -- his '15 London Aire was supposed to be side by side with ours but his chassis was delayed a couple of days in delivery. But we did manage to see his new LA in Nappanee when he took factory delivery because we happened to be in the area with our coach and stopped to see him and DW. We had a great time and JCAT lamented how much they regret missing Hoots III this year. So get ahold of our pal and plan with him for next year!

Hoots III Update / Hot off the Press!

Just heard from Newmar as to the reps they are sending to be with us on Thursday, 9/24:

= Kyle McCrary, Director of Planning and Design
= Ron Stichter, Vice President of Engineering
= Our own Patron Saint of the Hoots, Michelle Howard, Sales and Ordering Guru

Wow, oh wow! What a great line up!

Hoots, be sure to get your questions in order for our distinguished reps. They will be with us for discussion, questions and answers, a presentation of future design ideas for Newmar and anything you want to ask about design or ordering new coaches. We are honored to have Newmar step up with us with such great folks.

And, if that's not enough to fire up your diesel engine, our faithful sponsor, Midway RV Center, will have on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, a number of brand spanking new Newmar coaches on site for us to tour!

Deek

Hi Deek, we are in Traverse Bay Rv Resort for August&September and would like to sit in on some of the events. We have a 2014 DutchStar 4018 and learned of the event when we checked in the other day. Thanks John & Catharine

Hey, John and Catharine!

If you are already going to be there, you have paid all you have to pay as our rally is completely free. Just supply your info to FLSteve who will put you on our Hoots list and we will include you on all rally updates and scheduled activities.

Always glad to have another Newmar coach with the group.

Deek

OK, look. No one has mentioned this yet, but I'm getting pretty anxious to get going. A couple more weeks and we will be leaving Texas headed to Hoots III. Anyone else getting itchy? A stop in Nebraska, Newmar, Spartan and then on to Traverse City.

We're leaving September 8th with a few stops along the way. Getting to Traverse City on the 17th. May stop at Newmar for a tour but I'm getting too old for the "new bug" to bite.
I didn't even go near the new coaches on display at Lewisburg.

So are we Mike, we're just finishing a Cape Cod trip. Have to get the coach home for it's annual, then down to Coachlight for some minor maintenance and then we'll be heading north for Hoots III! This "retirement thing" keeps us hopping!!

I'm getting anxious as well Mike! We just left Newmar on Saturday, pulled into Houston on Tuesday evening, not enjoying the 100+ degree weather.

I have a long list of upgrades and maintenance things to work through and then back on the road north to Traverse City. We'll depart Houston on the 14th.

See you there.
