Newmar Kountry Aire 5th wheel

Hi everyone. I have a newmar koutnry Aire 5th wheel. It has the valve in the mechanical compartment to fill the holding tank with fresh water. My question is would there any other way to get water in the tank. This valve pulls water from the water hose. without it the water hose connected I don't know of any other way. Any help or ideas appreciated. The park I am going to the water is still shut off for the winter. They have a water filling station but to move everytime to fill would not be fun. Looking for like I say another way to fill up with water.

You have only one way to fill the fresh water tank and that's through the diverter city water valve.
Some have install a line into top of tank but in this cold may be hard to do.
What year is your KA 5TH ?
The owners guide may have something in it to help but all my Newmars had the only city water valve.
Do you have a Brochure that would give tank sizes and they may be split for that amount.
