Newmar Options

I am looking into building a Newmar Mountain Aire and have been trying to do my own research prior getting a salesperson involved.

I am wondering if there are any resources available as to a list of all the options available for each floorplan. I have decided on the 40' due to towing a trailer. I have read on many forums how customizable a new floor plan can be and I have also seen where the factory will deny certain features. I'm looking for the basics such as furniture selections minor fixture changes.

I look forward to hearing what you all have to say and any help would be appreciated.

I'm almost certain that if you go to their website you can "pre-build" your coach, print it out, and then get a dealer involved. It will list what is standard and then you can add any available options.

The only thing that won't be in the process above is if you, say, want the furniture from a Dutch Star to put in a Ventana. I think Newmar is fairly open to these type changes as well.

We customized our Dutch Star in this manner, then shopped that sale to the top “known good” Newmar dealers via email. Those are:

Email Michelle Howard at Newmar, ask her for the build sheets for the floorplans you are interested in. She will respond within a matter of hours. The build sheets have every option on the floor plan, with prices for each option.
