Newmar parts from the factory a plus

We had a right front tire blowout that did a lot of both exterior and interior damage to our Essex. We were very pleased with Newmar parts department both for Newmar only parts plus other items we needed to order. One of the biggest advantage was the free shipping and no tax on items from Newmar. Worked with Bill and we spent over 2 hours and 8 phone calls to get everything we needed. We would recommend the factory as your first contact for parts for your Newmar and being NKK members we feel we are support our choice for motorhomes.

I worked with Bill to order a new dinette to replace our booth in our 2014 Dutch Star. He was a great guy and very patient. It was an expensive change out and the parts had to be shipped from Indiana to California by truck. There was no charge for shipping or tax....that really helped.

The 295-80-22.5 were 5 year old Michelin RF tire put on at Spartan in Aug. of 09. We had just completed a 8,000 mile Alaska trip on some of the worst roads you would ever think of driving. TPMS and didn't hit any thing just before the tire blowout. Put 8 Michelin on at TST tires in Eugene through the FMCA program and very pleased with both the price and service.
