Was discussing maintenance and was told EDPM roofs should be re surfaced( painted) with a special product(dicor was one mentioned) every 5 years.
It was mentioned by another that some of these products won’t adhere after a Canadian winter.
Personally my roof is late 2007 build (2008 my) and in good shape.
I’ve cleaned it and spray 303 once a year .
Any comments regarding resealing a rubber roof?

Your roof is not rubber they went out back in late 90's, what your doing for your Brite-Tex roof is fine and should last for many years.
I used a Turtle-Wax liquid cleaner on my roof was always white and clean.

Hi rlott2k,
My coach is 15 years old. I do what you do and the roof is in good shape. Like 007 posted, the roof is Brite-Tec, not rubber.

Clean it and forget it. Check for any sealant/caulk that needs attention.

I did understand this is a Brite tek roof , I just used the term rubber as a description.

I do appreciate it all!
I just got off there , Dicor lap sealant on the front and rear caps.
Also 2 spots on the slide where something tore a tiny cut into it.
Our RF slide only has the awning to use as aslide topper.
