Great web site. I agree this forum lacks many features making documentation and discovery a real burden.

You should sell a few coaches with that site.

Interestingly enough, Newmar does not list the New Aire in its "luxury" line-up (King Aire, Essex, London Aire and Mountain Aire). Rather, they show it at the top of its "diesel" line-up (New Aire, Dutch Star, Ventana and Ventana LE). It does appear to be a rather nicely appointed coach, however.

I totally agree with your comments. I may be one of the buyers in a couple of years as I get closer to retirement. Thanks for sharing your informative observations.

^^^^^In this thread you can find lots of messy, and some distrubing, sloppy manufacturing.

Kinda looks like a promotional piece to me....

Thanks for the reply Garry - Please take time to read through the review you'll see I outlined the wiring problems in detail. I also mentioned, its not the design or quality of the wiring system, its merely an installers problem.

Some of the problems is some wire sets (Silverleaf) were designed for 40 foot coaches, so its not unusual to find another 10-15 feet of wire which just complicates the routing. My HWH controller behind that compartment was tie-wrapped tightly to the cross member.

Both of the compartments shown in the video and many, many, others on my coach have since been re-routed.

Here's a few images of the same two compartments and an overall improved look after my work.

Thanks - Mike

You got me! Oh man, I skimmed it and didn't give it the time it deserved. My apologies. I guess I was just in trigger mode ....no hard feelings I hope.

Nice review Mike!

I'll be sharing this with friends and family that express an interest. Newmar owes you for compiling this, soooo well done.

I love my 34 Ventana so I am waiting about 2-3 years for all of you Newaire owners to work out the kinks. Then I will either try to buy one of your sorted units or order one!
