Newmar Ventana LE

We purchased a 2018 Ventana le 4037 in November at North Trail in Fort Myers Fl. We have already be back to Newmar factory for 73 repairs. We still have around 12 things wrong right now. The main issues seem to be related to moisture. We had the floor buckle going into the bedroom area in 2 places. The entire floor creeks, snaps and pops when walking on it. The cabinet above the passenger just tested for mold and Newmar replace the face of the cabinet when we were there in may because it delaminated. Newmar replace the front door awning because of corrosion to the aluminum parts. I found a water line on the tool cabinet peg board. The cabinet face in the half bath is doing the same thing the cabinet above passenger did.We had the black tank sensor replace and the new tank monitor system recalibrated and now gray tank not reading. We talked to Jeff Johnson from Newmar and Brett Howard from North Trail and they assured us the motorhome didn't received any water damage from the hurricane Micheal. At this point they want to do more warranty work at Newmar or a dealer in so cal. We're full timing right now so taking it to the dealer where they will be repairing it for god knows how long.. Asking for some advise

If everything you say is true, my advice is to contact a good attorney!

We have property near North Trail and I can say neither our property or theirs has flooded in recent memory.

The usual cause of water damage in RVs is from roof or plumbing leaks.

Hurricane Michael, back in Oct 18, just provided some rain to SW Florida. It made landfall up in the panhandle (Mexico Beach area). We winter about 10 miles from North Trail's location and it would be almost impossible for any RV on their property to ever get ground water damage.

You said there are over 70 things wrong with your RV, are you actually listing only the worse items as examples?

I see you are showing CA as residence. Of course you also said you are currently full-timing.

That said, I understand CA may have some pretty robust Lemmon Laws. I know you bought the coach in FL, but maybe some of the lawyers out there could advise on what might apply to your situation.

It sounds like dealer and Newmar, so far, are working to make it right. But as you are approaching the end of your one year warranty, you might want to nail them down on all the remaining issues. We have found Newmar to be very accommodating regarding fixing stuff that is brought to their attention prior to warranty expiration. Best to do this in writing.
