Question Newmar Ventana low point drain replacement

Folks, I started to winterize my 2006 Ventana and discovered the low point drain valves (both hot, cold and the H/W heater bypass) in the water works compartment had seized..unable to open. Has anyone attempted to disassemble and remove the water works panel in order to get to the various valves and associated H2O lines behind it?

thanks- 57tbird

If there are metal then I'd suggest spraying them with PB Blaster Penetrant let it sit an hour, then try again. Since I don't need to winterize, I don't know what material they're made of but I buy PB Blaster by the case. (I work on old cars)
