I received an email from Newmar regarding signing up for a Virtual Tour. As I have a 2022 Ventana 3407 on order, I think this might be of interest to me. I'm curious if others might done the Virtual Tour and what your feedback is. I have signed up for a Virtual Tour later this month... Thanks in advance.

It is worth the time. It is a 360 degree video so you can look around with your mouse as it plays. There is also a person on chat that you can ask questions of.

Tour is live, but the video is pre-recorded from what I've been told.

Live chat during the Virtual Tour was mentioned in the email invite I received...

Yes you can ‘chat’ like texting, to a NEWMAR person while you are looking at the video taped tour. They will answer all questions, even if they email you after the tour ends.

Remember to use the mouse to look around 360. I think you can take it more than once if you want. Have fun.

Thanks… I don’t have any specific information other than my order was submitted to Newmar after placing the order for a 2022 Ventana 3407 with my dealer on October 20. I was fortunate to get my order placed, and received by Newmar, prior to the 5% price increase.

I won’t have an idea when to possibly expect delivery until my dealer receives a production run update. Based on current builds, and being realistic, I’m not anticipating seeing it until probably May.

I received an email direct from Newmar... I'm assuming it might be because I have a Ventana on order.

We did the virtual tour last year. So worth it! Yes. It is pre-recorded and 360 video as was already mentioned. The live chat worked well and was actually the person that hosted the recorded tour. Personally, I really enjoyed it.

With regard to the virtual factory tour, I was able to "take the tour" last week. I highly recommend it.

I have a 2022 Essex 4551 on order and during the 360 degree video (pre-recorded) I asked the moderator (the same person who leads the factory tour) if they could find my VIN number. Shortly after the factory tour, she emailed me with the information I had requested.

Overall, it was a very enjoyable and informative tour, even if it was "virtual." I recommend it especially if you are a new or prospective owner.

I just took the tour - highly recommend for everyone who is curious and want's to see more.

As answered by Chris, they are "planning" on offering live tours again this spring.
No details beyond that, and I'm sure no guarantees - of course, but it's wonderful to hear that normal is returning.

Nice to hear. I am looking forward to taking a live tour whenever they are offered again.
