I endorse Angie specifically and vociforioisly. To the Origanal Poster I say, “go with NIRVC! You can trust Angie Morell. Zoey her uncomplicated things for yio. Life is too short to make a bad decision on this. Go with NIRVC.”

You lost a sale to us Dec 2020 because of that management team. I’m glad to hear this news.

NIRVC handled our consignment
NIRVC Lewisville handled our consignment very successfully this past summer. Dillon is the sales manager and we received calls and information for each offer. When we got the right one it was handled quickly and very professionally. The day of sale the check went straight to our assigned bank per instruction.
I didn’t know about NIRVC when we sold our last coach. We used Motorhomes of texas in Nacogdoches. They were also vey professional and timely.
Of course NIRVC is our family now and we don’t plan to go anywhere else for anything. Good luck with your sale. This is a great time to sell.

Spin Sale - AKA bait and switch. A "too good to be true" coach that draws you in, (but once you see it, you want to walk) so the sales agent "spins" you to a different coach.

Make sure you understand your costs
While consignment probably is easier than selling an RV as an owner, the costs may be higher than you expected. I discussed consignment with NIRVC two years ago and discovered, as I recall, there are additional costs for cleaning, advertising, periodic running, and powering the coach to name a few. Plus, consigned RVs are stored outside, not indoors. I'm not saying that consignment is good or bad and I am certainly not criticizing NIRVC. They have an excellent long term positive rating that is well deserved. My suggestion is to make sure you have a full understanding of the terms before making your decision.

We sold an Airstream/Mercedes Atlas on consignment with NIRVC. in Atlanta, GA. They take a percentage of the sales price. They found a buyer within a few weeks. The entire process was smooth and simple. The proceeds of the sale were credited towards the purchase of a larger Class A motorhome also from NIRVC It worked fine. My only (small) complaint is that we still get occasional recall notices from Mercedes and we asked NIRVC to forward them to the buyer so he/she could register the vehicle in their name, but they do not appear to have done so. Good luck.

RV Trader
We had absolutely tremendous dealings with a lady through RV Trader. Unfortunately, that deal had fallen through but nothing she could have done; she actually tried to get it to go through. Her name is Cindy, the website is motorhomefinders.com; phone 888-783-4009. I would HIGHLY recommend her. It would certainly be worth a phone call for sure.

I have had terrible experiences with the NIRVc service department in Las Vegas over the past 2 years. I purchased my coach in Phoenix and live in Las Vegas. I was very pleased with the sales team in Phoenix, but my experiences with the service team in Las Vegas has a lot to be desired.

First, I do not have a dog in this fight, but the response was commendable by Angie. She laid it all out here on this public forum and her reply seemed very solid. Angie honestly asked for another shot and let them right the wrong. I would go with Angie, and it could be one of the best business decisions you may made. Now they have something to prove to you and the IRV2 forum and there is still room for everyone to win. The RV industry needs dealerships we can trust and depend on.
