NIRVC - Lewisville, Tx consignment
Looking for comments good and bad on selling a coach on consignment with these folks. Any and all comments welcome. We're hanging it up after 36 years of rv'ing.
Thanks.

I don't know about them but we sold our Newmar in 30 days at PPL, Houston. Good experience. A guy from Florida bought it.

MHSRV in Alvarado also does consignments.

NIRVC will always get it right, whether it's consignment, repairs, or any of the other services they offer!

We are considering this also.
I sent an email to Adam Connelly Wednesday asking about it.

I would not recommend NIRVC in Phoenix.

NIRVC has been the best dealership I have had the privilege of doing business with in 20 years. If you want qualified traffic, experienced salespeople that will not use your consignment for a spin sale, NIRVC will do that for you. Service after the sale is like becoming a member of the family. Personally, I will never go anywhere else, buying or selling....I am a two times purchaser one time seller.

It may be helpful to provide the rationale for that statement.

I sold my 2020 Entegra Aspire on consignment with NIRVC Lewisville/Dallas in Aug 2021. They did a good job. I believe they charge slightly less than MHSRV in Alvarado. The biggest concern for me is trust. And I trust NIRVC....probably the only outfit in the industry that I do trust. After the sale, you have to get your money timely....and there was no issue with NIRVC and I knew there would not be an issue with them.
I believe total time from list to close was about 2 to 3 weeks.

I've heard good things about them. Another Texas option is Motorhomes of Texas in Nacogdoches. They handle consignments for a lot of high end coaches.
I bought my coach through them and had a very good experience.

Dear Bluefin,
Phoenix is the only location we have ever started without embedding existing NIRVC personnel in our leadership team in order to instill our culture. Lesson learned.
We have recently made changes we should have made earlier. These changes have been made over the past 60 days, as we have replaced all managers except our Storage manager.
When it comes to consignment sales, as Director of Sales at NIRVC, I am over consignment sales, and I have replaced our Sales Manager with a tenured associate from our Atlanta team. Our new Phoenix General Manager has been with NIRVC for 9 years, and he is steeped in our traditions, culture, and processes.
I plead for your forgiveness, and respectfully ask for you to please give our team in Phoenix (Surprise) another chance. Please feel free to contact me directly.
Thank you!

Another vote for NIRVC. They sold my 2016 Aspire in 2018 and did more than I expected in preparing the coach for consignment sale. I would not hesitate to use them again, either buying or selling. Honest people doing what they say they will- and then some.

Angie, I did explain my experience to you. You agreed it should not have happened and the issue would be addressed by management and I would hear back from you or management in a couple of days. Never heard from anyone.
