No 12 volt how, to search this forum

2001 Kountry Aire 4084 on MM chassis, plugged in at home no 12 volt. The "salesman's" switch has no power.
The meter in front top compartment shows batteries are 13.5v. Where is the main fuse for the 12v?

Also need some hints on how to search the forum

thanks
J Michael

There’s a Help section that has all the links for useful searches.

You can find then by searching. LOL...couldn’t resist!

They are up in the main level. I save them as bookmarks to access directly. They use Google with proper URL formatting. Helps a ton!

Follow the positive cable leaving the battery.

A fuse or breaker will be within a foot or so of the battery. Many times they are hidden.

Batteries reading 13.5 are being charged from something; (alternator, charger, inverter/charger, etc.)
I found a brochure for your year and model number and it appears you might have the Heart/freedom inverter charger. Downloading the manual and following it would be a great place to start. They have been known to go bad but you're not there yet hopefully.
