Oasis is hot, in summer mode, pumps only turn on when manually turned on..plenty of hot water, what should I look for?

Need more detail. The thread says "no hot water" but you say plenty of hot water. Specifically what are you asking and which pump are you referring to in your comments?

It looks like my summer mode pump is defective after reading the thread

Each pump has a check valve just above the pump. They are notorious for sticking, causing the problem you describe.

Open the Oasis box where the pumps are located. The leftmost pump is the summer pump. Turn on the unit and open a hot water faucet, then tap on the valve with the handle end of a screwdriver.

This was my problem after 6 months from new, and it resolved the problem, No more issues in over a year.
