20 amp is pretty hefty. I'm surprised that it blew. I have an adapter that measures current from USB power supplies and the most current draw I've seen for a cellphone was 1.4 amps.

Haven't ever measured current draw for a GPS but can't imagine it would be much more that 2 amps.

As for two of the fuses, would have tricked me too.

Anyhow now you know where they are.

I thought it was pretty big as well but that’s what is specified on the manufacturer’s diagram. I know it also supplies constant 12v current to the radio and full power to the radio when the “coach” switch is selected in addition to the cigar lighter. I’m not sure what else, if anything, is also routed through that fuse. And it didn’t “just blow” for no apparent reason - I shorted it when I switched out the old radio a couple of months ago.

OK, good to know what caused the failure. I hate it when fuses blow for no apparent reason.
