No power to half of fuse dash panel

I have no power to half of fuse dash panel. On my 2006 Kountry Star. So this means there is no power to host of switched on my dash.. back up camera, power mirrors, overhead fans, etc. I believe this part of the fuse panel receives power when ignition switch is on. I have found the dead power wire in a plug in the fuse panel. If I put a live jumper wire in beside that wire on the plug all of dash switches are live. I can not find where that blue/white wire gets it’s power from ..?.

Could it be coming up from a relay or fuse in the driver's side front compartment?
