No Power to Outlets in Front Passenger Slide

I seem to recall reading a post on this subject a while back, but cannot
locate it. None of the outlets in my front passenger slide have any power.
All the outlets in the compartments have power, and I find no GFI outlet
that needs resetting. I hope someone has the answer for me. Thanks!

No Power to Outlets in Front Passenger Slide

Hugh37, I have a VTDP, not a DSDP, but I will try and help. Did you check the circuit panel to see if one of your circuit breakers has popped? From memory (not always reliable at my age) we have four GFIC's in our coach. One is in the galley area, one in the mid-coach. Agh, one in the rear bath, and one outside in the "pegboard" bay. I would check to see if any of these was tripped. I would look outside first...but that is just me. Best of luck. If you find it, please followup on this thread so others can learn.

I had the same issue with mine. I was at a music festival and kept tripping the breaker on the generator power box we were hooked to, so I turn off the AC out on my inverter. I did not realize the AC power on the passenger side, came from the inverter. Several other power things were going on at the time (hair dryer and microwave). We heard a humming coming from the GFCI just before I flipped the breakers on the inverter, so I thought the GFCI was bad and replaced it. It wasn't bad. All I had to do was turn on the AC out from the inverter and voila, problem solved. At least now I have a new GFCI.

Likewise I don't have a DS, but on my LA there is a GFI outlet mounted under the microwave that controls all the outlets on the passenger slide. Very hard to reset. Look for a very small green light in one corner. It will be on if GFI is set, off if it has been tripped.

ewlee...with your info I located the culprit. There are three outlets under
my kitchen cabinetry, with the one on the far right having a reset button.
It had kicked...it was very hard to tell and difficult to reset. But, I got it
done. Thanks to all who responded, and hopefully, this will prove helpful
to others some time.
