No power to toad

Went to Pa. this weekend with no power to toad. Is there just one fuse to the 7pin connector? Or as I looked in the fuse box (drivers side on wall down by brake) and saw several fuses labeled tow etc. could only one being blown cause zero power/lights to the toad. No I haven't checked for voltage at either the coach end or toad end! Any suggestions as where to start first and eliminate the easiest would be much appreciated. See make/model below.

Since each pin in the connector is for a different function, I'm sure you have more than one fuse. Check that all fuses test good. (Appearances can fool you) Then test each pin in the connector in the rear of the RV to see which ones are out. Don't forget to test the ground, if it's bad you will only get intermittent power through the various connections of the tow bar.

I'd think Newmar could provide you a wiring diagram.

Hi RattVader,
You are in the correct area. All you can do is check the fuses till you find the one, Starting at the toad end of the connector is best. If there is power there you may be looking at the wrong vehicle. Don't forget there is a toad and its' fuses also involved. Consider contacting Steve Moser at 866-379-0612 or baystarservice@newmarcorp.com
