Noobs Buying a 2002 Newmar Mountain Aire Ltd 4370

We are buying our first motor home (owned 5th wheels before), a 2002 Newmar 4370 with 61,000 miles on it. It seems like it is in very good condition, but it's a 2002. Or other choice was a 2007 Winnebago Tour 42'. Motorhomes are a whole new world for us. Any opinions or advice?

I was in the same situation when I bought my 03. Best advice I can offer is sit down with your manuals and read them. Get to know your coach front to back. These things require constant attention and you should get to know how your new occupation operates. . Lots of new things to learn.
Did you get service records? If you did you're way ahead of me. If you're not sure, you should get it fully serviced and inspected by a good qualified shop.

Not to scare you but, A good credit card limit is a handy thing to have.

Don't be afraid to ask questions on this forum. Lots of good advice at your finger tips.

Is the asking price the same for the 02 Mountain Aire and the 07 Tour? Do both have complete service records available for review? Without seeing either motorhome, it's difficult to recommend one over the other.
