Nor-cold Model N1095 RV refrigerator door

I purchased a Ventana LE 2019 last year. We have an RV style refrigerator which works great for us. The main door seems to be curved out in the middle, we expected it to be flat top to bottom. The storage locks are way out of adjustment and the dealer said we should just change out the door. Still waiting for the door

Would anyone know if the door is designed with a curve out in the middle? The rubber seal does seal fine when the door is closed and also latches ok.

Upper freezer door and lower food compartment door S/B the same....Flat

Sounds like lower door panel is bowed.
Could be too tight trim bowing it outward or panel is just bowed

**If panel style the door side trims can be removed and panel inspected
If 'wrap' removal side trim pieces....door has to be replaced (Black/Stainless Steel/White)
*White NLA

Thanks for getting back to me. What you stated is what I expected. The panel is not the problem, the metal frame has the bow out so it seems the door is bent. Now I need to push the warranty issue with Nor-cold

Again, thanks
