I read that some one had a fix for the Norcold freezer cooling problem by a spacer on the roof vent but can't find the post.
My 1200 4 door Norcold is running fine in the refrigerator at about 36 degrees set at 4 but the freezer is running at 22 degrees which is too hot. need help on this

You might check the temp sensor in the fridge to make sure it's on the second cooling fin from the right and placed about 1/3 of the way down the fin. The fins are located toward the rear above the top shelf. Some deviation from this might be necessary depending on variables with your fridge.
