Norcold refrigerstor 121x
Refrigerator is not draining into either the outdoor cup or the trough on the inside of the refrigerator on the shelf. Instead it drains into the crisper box

Verify that the drip tray is properly connected to drain
Unclog the drip tray drain hole/hose

If you have the Water Dispenser...check that the water supply line is not leaking
