Good on you, cavie.
You will probably never know if you saved someone's life but you can feel good knowing you did the right thing just because it was the right thing to do.

It will be interesting to see if they actually get fixed, but kudos to Cavie for trying!

Yes. I applaud you for sending this to the CA State Parks. Just so you know, I sent my information to them via email that they responded to before and I received no answer.

Good on you too, Earl II. Sorry I didn't say so earlier.
I have learned over the years some effective ways of dealing with bureaucrats. When I don't get a response or a satisfactory commitment to deal with the issue at the bottom level I move up a level. It's the civilian version of following the "chain of command."
Email has made the process so much easier than ink, paper and snail mail. It provides a digital "paper" trail and lets the boss know a member of the public is not happy being ignored by one of his subordinates.
Tractor Supply Company's propane dispensing practices are much safer than they were just a year ago since I got on a first name basis with the Director of Training in Nashville and the Denver area Regional Manager. They are both in my phone's contact list and our emails are archived on my laptop.

Anybody on this thread go there? Can anybody keep us posted. I also am waiting to hear from Huntington. Kinda hard to put eyes on from Florida.

Dennis will get hounded. Trust me. I'm working on Flex Seal to repaint my house. Social media is awesome.
